A community that is dedicated to empowering girls, on and off the field. We are looking to connect todays leaders, with the ones of tomorrow. Our charitable organization provides access to education, resources, and mentoring. All that is missing is the role we hope that you will choose to play, in helping girls across the world stay in the game.

Girls have 1.3 million fewer opportunities to play sports at the high school level than boys do. Girls are dropping out of sports twice as fast as boys by the age of 14.

Through sports, girls learn important life skills such as teamwork, leadership and confidence. They have higher levels of self-esteem and lower levels of depression.

Among female executives in Fortune 500 companies, 80 percent played competitive sports at some point in their lives and 95 percent of the female chief officers in those companies participated in athletics.

Teenage female athletes are less than half as likely to get pregnant as female non-athletes

Girls active in sports during adolescence and young adulthood are 20% less likely to get breast cancer later in life.

In hiring decisions, companies are willing to pay a premium for former athletes, giving them on average 7-percent higher wages than non-athletes
