A good stretching regimen is vital to helping athletes perform at their best. Every athlete should take the time to properly stretch. By stretching before and after your workout you’ll be less at risk for injury, because your body will be more pliable. This ongoing class will help reduce tension in your muscles, increase flexibility, help prevent strains by increasing muscles’ resistance to stress, reduce the risk for back issues, and improve circulation.
